Whitelisting Instructions

Let’s make sure you don’t miss anything from The Gal Speaks with Marybeth Haines. While most emails will deliver fine it’s always good practice to whitelist my emails to be sure emails make it to your inbox.

 

I’ve compiled a step-by-step set of instructions for you for a variety of email browsers to walk you through the process.

 

MOBILE DEVICES

 

Android devices (Samsung, Google Pixel, etc…)
1. Find a message from Marybeth Haines.
2. Press the picture of the sender.
3. Click OK to add us to contacts.

 

Apple IOS devices(iPad, iPhone, iPod Press)
1. Find a message from the Marybeth Haines.
2. Press the sender and add to either a new contact or an existing contact.

 

 

DESKTOP

 

Gmail
1. Find an open an email from the Marybeth Haines (note: you may have to look in your spam or trash to find it).
2. Click on the down-pointing-triangle-arrow next to the reply button.
3. Click ***Add Marybeth Haines*** to contacts list to save.

 

Yahoo! Mail
1. Open the email message from the sender you want to add to your address book.
2. Click add to contacts next to *** Add Marybeth Haines *** .
3. On the ***Add Contact*** pop-up window.
4. Press Save to confirm.

 

Hotmail and Live Hotmail
1. Open an email from the sender that you want to white-list.
2. Click Add To Contacts next to *** Marybeth Haines*** to save.

 

Outlook 2003
1. Open the email message from the sender you want to add to your address book.
2. Right-click click here to download images in the gray bar at the top of the message.
3. Choose Add Sender to safe list to save.

 

Outlook 2007
1. Right-click on the email you received (in the list of emails).
2. Press junk e-mail.
3. Click add sender to safe list to save.

 

Outlook 2010
1. Select the home tab.
2. Click junk.
3. Press junk e-mail options.
4. Choose Safe Senders.
5. Click Add.
6. Enter *** Marybeth Haines ***.
7. Click OK to save.

 

Mac mail
1. Click address book.
2. Click file.
3. Choose new card.
4. Enter *** Marybeth Haines ***.
5. Select Edit to save.

 

AOL email
1. Click contacts in the right toolbar.
2. Click ***Add Contact***
3. Enter *** Marybeth Haines***.
4. Click the ***Add Contact*** button in the pop-up window to confirm.

 

Comcast
1. Choose preferences from the menu.
2. Click restrict incoming email.
3. Choose Yes to enable email controls.
4. Click allow email from addresses listed below.
5. Enter *** Marybeth Haines*** to white-list.
6. Click Add.
7. Click Update to save.

 

Earthlink
1. Click address book.
2. Click ***Add Contact***.
4. Save *** Marybeth Haines *** as a contact.
5. Click save.

 

Netzero
1. Click the address book tab on the top menu bar.
2. Click contacts.
3. Click ***Add Contact***.
4. Enter *** Marybeth Haines***.
5. Click save to save.

 

Mozilla Thunderbird for PC
1. Click address book.
2. Make sure personal address book is highlighted.
3. Click new card. This will launch a new window that has three tabs: contact, address & other.
4. Under contact, enter *** Marybeth Haines ***.
5. Click OK to save.

 

Mozilla Thunderbird for Mac
1. Click address book.
2. Make sure personal address book is highlighted.
3. Click new card. This will launch a new window with three tabs: contact, address & other.
4. Under contact, enter *** Marybeth Haines ***.
5. Click OK to save.
